EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We would like to get your order right the first time, especially if you are having your skates custom-mounted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our exchange/return policy for your order please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in unused original condition and original packaging. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 514-370-5134 for return instructions. Please DO NOT ship anything to lowlife without first notifying us.
Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged:
- Used/worn skates.
- Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
- Custom-mounted boots.
- Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted)
- Special order items.
- Non-stock items.
- Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Sale, clearance, and closeout items.
- If you are unsure if your purchase will be returnable please contact us in advance to find out.
- gift certificates
- We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- If you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping
- If we messed up and sent you the wrong size, sorry!! Just let us know and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item, as soon as we receive the incorrect item from you.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs
- We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued.
